SafePassage Global: Open Letter to Our Clients

With the outbreak of COVID-19, more commonly called Novel Coronavirus, it is important to me that you know SafePassage Global is committed to serving our Clients with the same standard of excellence for which we are known. SafePassage is actively transporting at-risk adolescents and adults; and as we seek to navigate the world health crisis we have adopted protocols that exceed the best practices recommended by the World Health Organization and the Centers For Disease Control.

In the interest of safety, SafePassage has suspended all overseas transports for the next 60 days. What is considered to be a safe zone today may not be tomorrow and SafePassage is committed to make certain that each time our Teams travel they will be able to return to the United States without being stranded indefinitely abroad. In 60 days we will reassess the situation.

We are asking Clients who are knowingly immunocompromised to get tested and identify their individual situation prior to transport. This not only protects our Teams but adds an additional layer of protection for the clientele and staff at the destination school or program.

Further, our Teams are equipped with all of the essentials they need to create a safe environment of trust for our Clients; and, support their mental health needs whether it be with co-regulating tools; note pads, word games and pens; or a deck of playing cards. Teams continue to carry sanitizing wipes and sprays; disinfecting soaps; masks and gloves; and first aid supplies as has always been our practice.

SafePassage is steadfast in the fight against child trafficking. Our Teams and Clients are easily identifiable so that local, state and federal authorities recognize: a SafePassage Transport.

SafePassage is ready to support your needs.

This season is uncharted for all of us. At SafePassage Global and Hunter Investigations we take seriously the responsibility that the decisions we make impact others. We will continue to respond to new information as it is made available and will make changes as it becomes necessary to do so. It is important to know that these changes will be made with 20/20 vision taking all matters into account and keeping the best interest of everyone we will encounter in the foreground.

Though the need for change may arise, our decisions will always support our mission and our values.

With Sincerest Gratitude,
